2024 United States Presidential Debates

Dates and Locations Announced

The Commission on Presidential Debates has announced the dates and locations of three presidential debates to be held in 2024. The first debate will be held on September 16 at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The second debate will be held on October 7 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The third and final debate will be held on October 22 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Format and Time

All three debates will be 90 minutes long and will be divided into six 15-minute segments. The debates will be moderated by journalists who will be announced at a later date.
