Oilers sign Cory Perry to one-year deal
38-year old winger gets contract for the rest of the season
Deal includes up to $350,000 in bonuses
The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms Monday with Corey Perry on a contract for the remainder of the season, adding the veteran winger to their lineup.
The deal is worth $750,000, with up to an additional $325,000 in bonuses.
Perry, 38, was a member of the Montreal Canadiens last season, but was released from his contract in October.
The Oilers are hoping Perry can provide some offensive depth to their lineup, as they look to make a playoff push.
